• Independent Living: This is the largest portion of the community, featuring approximately 532 residences, including 336 original apartments, 101 units added during a recent Phase II expansion, and a mix of villas, casitas, and luxury estate homes.
• Desert Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care: This specialized facility provides support for daily activities and memory loss. It has a licensed capacity of 88 beds (primarily designated for assisted living).
• Acacia Health Center at Sagewood: A five-star rated clinical center providing high-acuity support.
• Skilled Nursing: 78 licensed beds for long-term care and short-term rehabilitative therapy.
• Memory Support: 30 dedicated beds for residents with advanced Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia.
